These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Online Quran Pak (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at https://onlinequranpak.com. By registering for classes, using our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We record all live classes for training, quality control, and dispute resolution. If you are not comfortable with this, please notify us in advance via email or WhatsApp. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
After your free trial classes, you may choose to continue by subscribing to a monthly plan.
Fees are due in advance, during the last week of the current month for the upcoming month.
Classes may be paused if fees are not received by the due date.
We reserve the right to suspend service if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
If you wish to temporarily pause classes but retain the same teacher and time slot, a full fee is required for the hold period to reserve your spot.
No refunds or make-up classes for student-initiated absences, unless prior notice (6+ hours) is given.
Absences without notice will be marked as “Absent” and are not eligible for makeup.
Make-up classes are subject to teacher availability and must be scheduled in advance.
No more than 5 consecutive days of leave can be compensated with make-ups.
Emergency leaves will be handled with flexibility at our discretion.
Do not share personal contact or payment details (e.g., phone number, credit card info) with teachers.
All official communication should be made through our admin team via WhatsApp or email.
Online Quran Pak is not liable for any damages or misuse arising from off-platform communication.
We reserve the right to change teachers based on availability or quality improvement needs.
If your assigned teacher leaves or is replaced, we will arrange a qualified replacement.
Students should not remain in contact with previous teachers for Quran classes once reassigned.
To support operational costs and maintain quality, fees may increase annually by 6–7%. You will be notified of any change at least 15 days in advance.
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha holidays are considered paid holidays for teachers.
There are no make-up classes or refunds for Eid breaks, and this is factored into the monthly fee.
If a student remains inactive or unresponsive for over two weeks without notice, classes may be permanently canceled. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
