✅ 1. Full Refund Before Class Start

If a student withdraws before starting any class, we will issue a 100% refund of the fee paid.

• Applies only if no regular or trial class has been attended after payment.

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of request.

❌ 2. No Refund After Class Confirmation

Once a student attends even one confirmed paid class, the fee for that month becomes non-refundable, regardless of the number of remaining classes.

This is due to:

• Teacher slot reservation

• Scheduling costs

• Time already committed

🕒 3. Refund Due to Service Failure (Our End)

If we are unable to provide scheduled classes due to a fault or failure from our end (e.g., no teacher assigned, scheduling error), we will refund your payment after deducting applicable processing or transaction fees.

Examples include:

• Paid but no teacher assigned

• Our cancellation of classes without an alternate arrangement

🔁 4. Class Hold & Balance Adjustment

If you request to pause classes mid-month (e.g., due to travel, exams, illness), the remaining balance can be carried over to the next month only, under these conditions:

• You inform us in advance via WhatsApp or email

• You resume within the following calendar month

• The same teacher or time slot may not be guaranteed upon return

Refund is not applicable in this case—only credit balance transfer is allowed.

⚠️ 5. Refund Not Offered In These Cases:

• Student misses classes due to personal issues or lack of notice

• Eid holidays or teacher leaves (as already considered paid holidays)

• Class cancellation by student without 6-hour notice

• Refund cost (transfer/bank fees) is higher than fee amount

In all such cases, make-up classes may be arranged depending on availability but no monetary refund will be processed.

💼 6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication. If you are unsatisfied or face an issue, please reach out to our admin team before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are here to resolve all concerns transparently.
